WATCH: Nine Inch Nails SLAYED in the Latest Twin Peaks Episode

Bringing NIN ‘Closer’ to their fans (see what we did there?)

So if you haven’t been living under a rock for the past year, you’ll know that the Twin Peaks revival is on our TV screens RIGHT NOW – and if you’re not up to date yet, you should probably cancel your weekend plans because you need to catch up ASAP.

Without posting any spoilers (we’re not that mean) the latest episode was pretty darn epic. Of course, we expect nothing less from Twin Peaks. But this episode was particularly epic because Nine Inch Nails made an appearance. The industrial rock band turned up to play a gig at the Twin Peaks Roadhouse local bar to play their song, ‘She’s Gone Away’ from their 2016 ‘Not the Actual Events’ EP. Nine Inch Nails frontman, Trent Reznor, rocked the bar, looking rugged in sunglasses, gloves and leather jacket.

Nine Inch Nails performing on Twin Peaks

Before the revival premiered on our TV screens, producers promised celeb cameos, and the Nine Inch Nails performance is just one of those. Already, the show has revealed the likes of Amanda Seyfried, Michael Cera, the Chromatics, and Alex Zhang Hungtai are all to appear on the show. However, Nine Inch Nails’ performance doesn’t come as a surprise, considering Trent and David Lynch (Twin Peaks director) have previously worked together on the score for the 1997 movie, Lost Highway.
