The Will & Grace Reunion Has Started Filming and It’s Already Getting Steamy!

But when WILL it GRACE our screens?!

Ahhhhh, we can feel the ‘90s goodness sweeping over us again – because the Will & Grace reunion has officially started filming!

Of course, there was only one way to celebrate the fact our favorite foursome are back together again, and that included a giant pair of scissors, a heck load of confetti, some pretty fancy outfits, and a giant ribbon. Yep, the cast officially opened up filming with an epic ribbon cutting event, and you could say things got pretty steamy.

As the confetti cannon exploded, Eric McCormack (Will) began to address the crowd.

‘I was just saying to my wife, ‘I wonder what it will be like to kiss a man again,’’ and right on cue, Sean Hayes (Jack) grabbed his face for a hot and steamy make-out session. Oooh-la-la!

After they had prised themselves off of each other, McCormick joked, ‘It’s just like riding a bike.’

The Will & Grace reunion will be gracing (lol) our screens in the fall, and according to Entertainment Weekly, it’ll be like the original finale never happened – because they are literally going to ignore the ending! The original show’s finale offered us the chance to see a timeline of the lives of Will & Grace in the future. In this future, Grace was re-married her ex-husband and had welcomed a beautiful daughter named Laila, Will and Vincent were married with a son called Ben, and Jack and Karen were living together.

But now, forget we wrote that last bit because the reunion series will pretend as if none of that ever happened! Which means this new Will & Grace will be just like the old Will & Grace. And we can’t wait.

The creator and executive producer of the show, Max Mutchnick has spoken to Entertainment Weekly about the new revival series.

We spent most of our time trying to figure out what would be the way to make the show the best version of itself coming back after 11 years. That finally caused us a lot of grief. You write a finale because a show is over. You never think that it’s coming back again.

    He continues:

When the decision was made to bring back the series back, we were like, ‘Well, we left them with kids, right? And if they have children, then it has to be about them being parents, ‘cause presumably it would be a priority in their lives. And if it wasn’t a priority in their lives, then they’re still parents, they’re just bad parents, right?’ We frankly did not want to see them being either good parents or bad parents. We wanted them to be Will and Grace.

Yassssss, we’re so excited! Now all we need is a release date…
